HTD stands for the Hire, Train and Deploy.
The HTD model covers the shortlisting of the candidates, ensuring their training in the relevant skills/domains before we present them to the customers for selection to ensure a greater hire rate for the candidates. The selected candidates get the offer letter on the requirement, and we provide them training in the relevant skills and deploy them to the job they get placement.
